    fitness centre more important than guests rest

    rooms are not soundproof, the fitness centre "downstairs" has music playing loudly and clearly the sound of equipment banging until after 11pm and starts again early morning, resorted to putting noise cancelling headphones on to get to sleep. get up early for breakfast as you run the risk of no milk for the coffee machine and no one to be found to help

    The hotel is located in a convenient location (next to subway) and in a shopping mall. There are also many amenities like food and supermarket around the hotel. Room is quiet, however, there is a smoking smell in the room.

    quite big rooms, bathtub, clean.not the widest selection at breakfast, but tasty.more consistent presence at the reception would be helpful. often there was nobody there, at various hours of the day, morning and afternoon.fitness and sauna are tiny, though good enough for a sweat.

    the hotel is located in very convenient place where subway and train are connected. Further, there are everything around Hotel such as restaurant, shops pharmacy etc. especially, the location of COVID test is very nearby in case you need to take. Staff are very friendly and willing to help the guest.

    What a strange hotel... don't be fooled..it is a reception area with rooms in a separate area. Upper floors. No hotel vibe whatsoever. It is linked to a shopping centre. That is ok until the place closes and they lock the doors. I spent c. 30 minutes trying to find my way back to the hotel entrance as a result. I will not come back here. It felt like a cheap motel.
