    One night to visit nearby shopping mall, for that the location is great incl parking facilities, new hotel, clean, and offered late check out at no cost if neededBreakfast worth the value as it has a wide selection of bread , juices etc.Price, I think it was cheap for what you got offered. would visit again

    ReviewI had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Oberhausen in [09.08.2025], and my experience was excellent from start to finish.LocationThe hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and shopping areas, with easy access both by public transportation and car.Room and CleanlinessMy room was spacious, bright, and modernly decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Daily housekeeping was carried out with great care.Staff and ServiceFrom the reception to housekeeping, all staff members were friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.OverallHoliday Inn Oberhausen is a hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend for both business and leisure stays. I truly felt at home during my visit, and I would definitely choose it again on my next trip to Oberhausen.

    This hotel seems to be new and everything was convenient and nice looking. Many choices of restaurant just nearby in the mall. A good choice, I can recommend.

    To be fair it delivers everything you expect of a hotel of this type. Typically European with twin beds which makes Americans smile. Very clean but if you want daily service make sure to tell them. Breakfast typical continental adequate but no real hot food. Location is good restaurants nearby so most things you need. Nothing negative to say. lost a star as bathroom shower could be better.     Just had a nights stop over here before travelling back to the UK. Id like to thank the manager and reception staff for sorting out an issue with my booking. Seemed confirmations were not sent correctly. They sorted it out in a few minutes which was great customer service. The Hotel is very modern, clean and well kept by the staff members. The rooms were very hot which I should have reported but didn't until the morning of leaving. Breakfast is included and plenty of selection.I would very mush book again should I be passing.
