    Slow check in. Room not ready (without towels). No toilet amenities: in a 4 star hotel I expect full comforts in place. No space o location for hanging suits. Temperature setting only for cooling ...in Autumn. I hope they will soon read and improve.

    Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel was adequate for a short stopover, especially if you're looking to explore nearby facilities or cities. The breakfast was okay, and the room was clean. The bunk bed was a hit with the kids. We visited the Aquapark, which was fantastic for families, and enjoyed some food and shopping at Centro. Overall, a decent place for a brief stay.

    This was NOT a good experience. We go to hotels for around the same price a night a lot and this was the worst to date.The hotel room was small and old. The lights were so dim taking a shower in the small place was a real challenge.The cushions and mattress were bad and there were people being extremely loud during the night outside our window. The breakfast was very minimal and lacked healthy options. The worst hotel breakfast we ever encountered.When we checked out we had to pay 10 euro extra for having parked our car. No other hotel has ever asked this from us.

    Nice hotel, perfect location close to the R-W Arena and Centro. Fine, clean rooms. Pillows could be better, they were literally flat and not comfortable. Moreover, the service could be better, and would be great if the staff could communicate in english too. Overall okay for 1-2 nights.

    Missed a trick here. The one thing a Hotel needs is to give the customer a good nights sleep. Unfortunately this Hotel didn’t deliver. Rooms were so hot and pillows were awful.Every thing else was fine but would have been more enjoyable if my wife and I were not so tired through lack off sleep.Cannot return on this basis.
