    The hotel was quiet, very clean and had an excellent breakfast. Also good location about 15 minutes walk to the central train station and plenty of parking space in the underground parking. Very friendly staff tops the good experience in this hotel.

    Stayed here two times now, while attending Messe Essen. Staff was friendly and good at English. Parking easy, taxis easy and short walking distance to many restaurants.Poor pillow selection and very firm bed unfortunately, but apart from that the rooms are nice and spacious. TV sound is horrible and noise from hallway/other rooms travel easily.In 2019 we stayed at the first floor facing the street, which was very noisy. In 2025 on the 4th floor facing the street, which was no problem.Breakfast buffet is fantastic, much better and more comprehensive than one would expect from a hotel of this size. Service, cleaning and filling up the stations was fast as well. Highly recommend it.

    Nice hotel. Location is not amazing, slightly outside the centre, but it is a good place. Easy parking, the staff are nice and the rooms are all great. Would have not hesitations in returning. People moan about Essen but there are some nice residential areas just outside with lots of bars and restaurants
