Location

This hotel is located on a main street in the centre of Bottrop, which is at the heart of the Ruhr industrial area. The hotel can be accessed from the motorways A2, A31 and A42. Restaurants, bars, shops and the bus station can all be found in the vicinity. The train station and the nearest nightlife venues are both a few kilometres away. All the attractions in the area, such the famous Movie Park, the Alpincenter and the shopping centre 'Centro', can easily be reached.

Facility

2 suites and 100 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Outstanding People Keep Me Coming Back for 25+ Years

    I rated my stay 10/10 because of the people. The team here consistently makes the experience outstanding. In particular, Asia at reception is always welcoming, professional, and helpful. I would also like to recognize the chef and the ladies at the restaurant for their great service and friendliness.I have been staying at this hotel for more than 25 years, and what really stands out is the consistency - many of the same people, the same positive attitude, and the same level of professionalism. This is exactly what keeps me coming back.At the same time, I believe the hotel itself would benefit from some room upgrades and general renovation. Improving the physical condition would match the excellent level of service provided by the team.Thank you again to everyone for making each stay enjoyable.

    Good location and very easy to find. Free parking for about 15 cars outside, and then a paid for underground car park right under the hotel.Rooms nice and adequate, Plenty of restaurants close by.Would recommend.

    Entry of the hotel is nice and the staff was helpful. The room was quite dated. No restaurant available. The breakfast buffet was nice with ample choice. Parking was not free. The hotel is quite centrally situated, but the area was very noisy, well into the early hours of the night

    Hotel is a little dated. Rooms are very basic but sufficient for business travel. Extra charge for a comfort pack ( kettle and bottled water)Bar area is ok but small and sometimes the receptiionist is the bar tender and waiter all in oneFree WiFi which is pretty strongI stay there when in Bottrop and will be back there on my next business trip
