    Good and clean hotel. For everyone there is something for breakfast and very comfortable rooms. 22 years ago also visited this hotel and the expectation was good.     4 star hotel with reputable name offered us:- a room that does not reflect any of the pictures as advertised- a bedbunk while requested + confirmed a normal bed- extremely poor hygiene (mold, dirty bath tub and dirty floor, dirty sink, old towels, dirty sheets)- breakfast was medium, dinner was betterWe reached late which we indicated. The hotel was busy and we were tired. We got the feedback from the hotel manager that it is our fault that we didnt escalated. Try doing that when tired with two tired children after them telling us how busy they are.I question why this is a 4 star hotel?We got a very light compensation but our nightrest was terrible resulting in low energy for the next day. In the end, night and next day were highly impacted and we paid a high price for that.

    Great newly renovated rooms to a high standard. Very clean and beds super comfortable. Kids were excited to be on bang beds with individual tv’s. Food is great too. Our favourite is pizza.

    Had the worst customer service I have ever experienced by the girl on the front desk - she lied about her name and said it was Harmann and then her colleague said it was Fredrick We requested a room at the end of a corridor on a high floor and when we booked via Expedia it said it included breakfast. We arrived at 11am and the man on the front desk said we had our requested room 3rd floor, end of corridor and we had breakfast and he explained where it was. When we came back at 6pm we didn’t have breakfast? And we are in the middle on the lowest floor and our front door is completely Will not be returning and don’t know why they think it’s acceptable customer service to lie.
