    Hello,A pair of Gucci glasses may have been left in the room after our stay on Sunday night, May 10. We tried calling the hostel but received no answer and could not find an email address to contact you directly.Could you please contact us if the glasses were found? Thank you.

    Good Budget Stay with a Lively Atmosphere

    A nice and simple budget hotel that delivers great value for the price. The place is full of young people, and the bar on the ground floor next to the reception even had live music, which added a fun vibe. Public transport stops are very close, making it easy to get around Frankfurt. A solid choice if you just need a practical and affordable stay.

    If i could leave 0 stars i would. Silverfish in the rooms, told reception and they couldn’t care less and didn’t even seem to know what they were, same with house keeping, came in had a look and left without doing anything. Completely useless & dirty.

    Great Place at a Great Cost!

    The room was extremely functional. I was allowed to check in at around 4 am in the morning after NOT being able to check in online due to some issue. The reception was very courteous and efficient. The offer for paid coffee was a bit exaggerated as i feel this should be free at least. The view from the room was reasonable.

    Basic things that make the difference

    It was a long time since last time I went to this hotel. Unfortunately what I found it is deteriorated compared to the past. Really noisy room, with room door not properly blocked, impossible to use TV due to remote control broke (we asked it immediately in arrival and again the day after but nothing was done to repair or replace it). My bedcover was damaged maybe with a cigarette and we found ash outside the window. On arrival a guest was screaming in the lobby against the crew complaining for something and only after long time somebody try to stop her. Hopefully a&o management can take shortly adeguate actions in order to recover the minimum standard acceptable for an hotel.
