    Excellent location for the supermarket and tram. Easy to get to the old town and a lovely young man on the desk (sorry don’t know your name but you have Eritrean heritage). Perfect for two nights and super affordable and clean.

    Very good stay. Room was clean and a fair size. Bed was comfortable enough and shower was fine. We stayed during the Euros and clientele was primarily football fans, based on the communal areas, but rooms were quiet at night, absolutely no disturbances at all. Staff were friendly and helpful on the couple of occasions we required them.Location is a bit out of the centre but there is a tram stop right outside. There are pubs, restaurants and shops a short walk away and a subway station nearby as well. Also a nice river path close by which provides a nice walk to the central areas.Only slight negative was the lack of any air conditioning or even a fan in the room. It was very hot at night even with windows fully open. Overall though a pleasant stay and would stay again.

    Great location. Tram stop just outside and nearby parking. 24 hour service. Lifts are fast and no issues in or out of room. No faults at all. There was no toilet paper in the communal toilet but lots in the room. Train station is a 10 minute walk and there is a service station across the road.

    Unfortunately, the bathroom sewage well was blocked in several rooms, and we moved several rooms, but they were all blocked. Finally, a repairman came and pulled out debris such as hair, dirt, etc. from inside the sewer well. In addition, there is a half-finished building in front of the hotel. There is always noise even at five o'clock in the morning. We had no peace at all. The servants suddenly enter the room without knocking the door, even though we had made a reservation. Privacy has no meaning for them here, I'm really sorry.

    Every thing was terrible.there wasn’t even a kettle and fridge in the room.the mattress was really uncomfortable and there wasn’t room service included every day.The public kitchen was really dirty,the fridge of that was full of uncovered food that last in fridge more than 3 days.Totally worth amenities an hotel can have.The only good point was location.
