    Wonderful place to live to town walking around the centre and along the river! Beautiful rooms with kitchen, nice view and relaxing area with gym, swimmingpool and sauna! I'll come back,!     Nice hotel near the Opera in Frankfurt

    I had 2 long stays in this hotel in April and both were very pleasant: nice and comfortable rooms, great position near the opera and, first of all, very nice and professional staff: in particular, I'd like to mention Mario, Lisa, the bionde girl from Rumenia (I don't remember her name)..I don't remember all the names but all the cast was excellent: thank you for making me feel home!     Rude treatment from the receptionists

    The hotel is good, excellent breakfast, but the reception was not good. They call us 1 hour before the checkout requesting to leave the room. The individual was very rude during the call.     I stayed at this small hotel for the fourth time, as we visit Frankfurt every year to attend a business fair. The hotel offers average-sized studio apartment rooms with kitchen facilities, which are very convenient for longer stays. Rooms on the higher floors provide lovely city and river views.The location is excellent — about a 12-minute walk from Frankfurt Main Station and around 10 minutes to the Zeil shopping area. There are many general stores nearby, making it very practical for daily needs.The hotel also features an indoor swimming pool and a restaurant with a bar on the ground floor, which adds to the comfort of the stay.Service at reception is mixed. Some staff members — especially the female team members — are always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. Others are more average in their approach.Currently, the hotel is under renovation, with room upgrades expected to be completed by October 2026. I look forward to seeing the improvements during my next visit.Overall, a well-located and practical choice for business trips in Frankfurt.
