    False advertising!

    The Wyndham website advertises a free 24/7 airport shuttle. This is false. They have a shuttle that runs until only 4 pm, and only on weekdays. We had significant additional expense to take a taxi to and from the airport since it is not close to the Frankfurt airport, and they would not compensate us for our expense. There is nothing interesting to see near the hotel and it is a 20 min walk or a 10 min bus ride to the nearest train station. There are very few places to eat nearby, but there is a grocery store ~10 min walk. We reserved a suite with a kitchenette but were given a regular room. Luckily I had a screenshot of my reservation details showing the kitchenette otherwise they would not have moved us. The refrigerator is an ok size but has no freezer compartment. There is a single burner to cook on, and very minimal kitchenette amenities- not even a sponge to wash the dishes. The mattresses are foam. There is a balcony but the view is not much to look at. On a positive note there is a round table with 2 chairs for dining, and the room was spacious. They tried to charge us an additional €22 when we checked out that was not disclosed anywhere when I reserved the room with my Wyndham points. I would stay away!

    Located in a village about 20 km from the airport. I visited the suites , reception staff quiet rude . The rooms are heavily smoke smelling , window cannot be opened because some renovating works , so very disgusting .The rooms and toilet are dirty, cleaning is insufficient. At night must to be careful with the people in the building and around of it .Unpleasant stay from my point of view .

    This is a quality hotel meeting all standard of the Best Western brand. The overall decor is very nice. The room is clean and generously spacious. The breakfast area is adequate, and the food selection is very good. Pricing is excellent and the staff is friendly. However, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, remote from any tourist attractions. And there is a daily charge of 9 Euro to park in the hotel basement, while there is plenty of on street parking available.

    Except for the orange juice the breakfast is good. The location convenient near the highway. Very near a railroad. The rooms at the railroad side are cheaper and have (noisy) airconditioning that didn't really cool down the room a lot on a 28 degrees celcius day. With earplugs the room is fine. Prices are according to what you get. Nice garage parking for 9 euros.

    We, my wife and 2 kids, needed a family friendly hotel to stay for our early flight out of frankfurt. Easy 15 minute drive to the airport. Great price for family and tons of space. Our kids had their own room and bed. Parking was easy as we choose to park under the hotel. Great burger place 10 min walk away too. Would stay there again if we need a hotel close to the airport
