Location

The hotel is situated in a convenient location in the city centre, with its countless restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs, shops and further entertainment venues. Links to the public transport network are only around 300 m from the hotel. The pedestrianised zone is also 300 m away, the bus station can be reached in 2 km and the main railway station in 3 km. It is about 4 km to the exhibition centre, and 13 km to Frankfurt airport. Hahn airport is 80 km away and Cologne/ Bonn airport 150 km.

Facility

The hotel has 5 junior suites, 7 suites, 18 single rooms and 226 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected.     I arrived early after a midnight flight and was glad to be greeted by Haron Hemant he was very warm, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is also v upbeat and modern and centrally located close to the train station and shopping.

    - Well placed hotel, right at the city center with walking distance to zeil centrum and also close to the tram station.- Lot of eateries and convenience store just a few metres away.- Ms. Martha from the reception was the sweetest, really appreciate such amazing hospitality which these days is hardly seen, especially from the 4/5 star hotels.- Big rooms for a family of 2 adults and 2 kidsWill surely come back!     Very nice short stay in Frankfurt

    Very hip hotel in a central yet quiet location not far from Konstablerwache and the Ziel, loads of nice restaurants and shopping for all budgets. Room (suite) was a big corner king bedroom with an attached room with sofa bed. The king bed was very comfortable. Because the bedroom is mostly windowed, when we arrived it was very hot but the good adjustable air conditioning helped take care of that. We appreciated also the complimentary drinks in the mini fridge (replenished). The bathroom is also big and modern, with excellent botanical Melin and Goetz products, spacious rain and hand held shower and other nice additions. The concierge was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport in the early morning and there are usually a few taxis waiting outside in other times of the day. Strangely, before arriving I asked to book a table for six in The Pantry for Sunday lunch and after three days when we were already in the hotel, I was told that the restaurant is closed on Sundays. I has a light supper on Saturday night when the locale was mostly functioning as a cocktail and party area - I would not define it as a restaurant, but maybe I visited at the wrong time. I made use of the grab and go area (a big fridge stocked with snacks sandwiches and beverages, alongside a few shelves with more snacks, which you pay for at a machine (c/c only). Hip atmosphere but not too much. Yummy breakfast with lots of fresh and quality options, egg stand , carrot juice stand etc.All in all, a good stay in a recommended establishment.
