    Check-in was easy and the staff were very kind. Service at dinner was fantastic, we were made to feel very welcome and the experience was pleasant.

    Comfortable bed and pillows, tea and coffee facilities, spacious room. Cleanliness wasn't as good as in other B&B hotels, but there was nothing that would have been a deal breaker. Keep in mind that the hotel is next to a busy road. You'll have to keep the windows closed to get some sleep.

    As a participant in ACHEMA trade fair at Messe, was booked for 2 nights by my company (in fact, for many of us).Though it is not closer to the Messe venue, Tram 17 starts just outside the hotel and in 10 minutes one can reach Messe.Check in (along with bill settlement for check out too), was friendly and quick.Entering the room, I realised that it must have been formerly a part of IBIS group as the design and decor of the room is typical of IBIS hotels. Missed a hot water kettle in the room. May be it is not provided as a general policy. The room faced a huge garden looking ground where many caravans are parked.Dining place and breakfast spread were good.They organised taxi pick up to the airport.Stay was peaceful.Ganesh JMumbai

    Good hotel in a good location for all Frankfurt sights

    Stayed here as part of a business trip.It is approx 15 minutes from the main station and the tram stop is literally at the back of the hotel. So location is perfectly fine for both tourists and business people alike.Rooms are of typical ibis standard with a good bed and decent shower, but the staff here are very friendly (special shout out to Alex in the bar, thanks for looking after me 2 evenings and for letting me practice my German with you haha)Only suggestion I would have is to replace the small table top ironing boards (which you can borrow against a 20€ refundable deposit) and instead create an ironing room with 1 good board and iron. But that’s just a suggestion.Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and without doubt will stay here again if I come back to Frankfurt in the future.
