  Was nice and the management is friendly

  It’s a hotel with 30 rooms but right now they are doing some renovation work but still the management is doing their best to keep the quest happy. There are some Resturant’s near ( within 500m) Rooms are very clean. For the price it’s really worth.

  The Hotel is good for a short stay! Everything one needs is there, if you do not expect a good restaurant. For the price asked, a very good choice! Bed comfortable, bath basic equipped but functional! Room a little small an zircon was not switched to summer yet! However, you get what you pay for and this is in this case not bad at all!The staff was very friendly!   Reasonable Price - Helpful Staff - Adequate in most respects.

  We chose the Premiere Classe Hotel simply because it was ideally situated for our purpose and reasonably priced. The room was small but clean and adequate for our requirements. There is no lift, which for us was no great problem as we had little luggage. But there are also ground floor rooms which we were initially offered if we hadn't wanted to climb the stairs. The room was very cold to start with, but this was because we hadn't understood the heating. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she offered us (without hesitation) an alternative room. The breakfast was also OK and reasonably priced.Our only real criticism was that the room smelt of cigarette smoke which came and went throughout the night.   Night staff are not overly helpfull

  I been with my girlfriend In this hotel for many times,almost every Saturday and we realy get always a good room and the receptions was so kind to US and he smile and he was so talkative and so friendly but last week was quite indefferent because he was not there, and the night receptionist was so arrogant and even not helpful,all what we told him that can we get other room because it was smelly with cigarette and we was shocked by his answear and how he was talk to us.we did stay there for 2 nights and we was disappointed and we deciede to never back again and to be honnest there was not a good service and not good staff expect of this tunisian guy who was so kind and who was the only person who talk to us always and ask if evey think in the room.i advice the people's to not book this hotel because its realy unfriendly staff and service is 00000 Kariofillis K, Manager at B&b Hotel Offenbach-sud, responded to this review Dear guest,We regret that you could not enjoy your stay with us.The employee was exchanged again.Your Premiere Classe Team

  Good choice for a couple of days stay

  The hotel is located in a business area of Offenbach, close to highway entry. The rooms are basic and small, the lavatory is located in a room practically(bathroom and toiled are separated off course) and there are no closets, so you don't have much space for your clothes. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, internet connection is quite good.The breakfast is served in a small lobby, so if the hotel is full it is crowded. There is no person who is dedicated to breakfast serving, it is done by receptionists, so when something from buffet is missing it can take a while before it is refilled, which decreases a choice which is not so rich anyway.The choice of restaurants and bars in the area is poor, so you need to go quite far to get a good dinner. You can have a drink in a hotel lobby, but the choice is small and price it to big for a self service(you get the bottles in a refrigerator and go to reception for an opener and a glass). The surrounding area is not nice, so even a walk in the evening is not very pleasant.All in all, it is a good place if you are on a business trip in a surrounding area, but not for a longer stay.
