This hotel is located at the edge of town approximately 15 km from the centre of Frankfurt am Main. It is ideal for business travellers as well as families.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2023. 13 junior suites, 22 single rooms and 138 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Travellers with bicycles can make use of the on-site bicycle storage area for no extra charge. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with projector, fax machine, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Amenities provided in the rooms include slippers and a daily paper. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 2 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    Good value hotelThe hotel is located in a good location for easy access to the CBD.My standard room was clean and functional.The bathroom was spotless and I liked the glass between the bathroom and bedroom, nice touch.There is a handy self-service shop in reception with drinks and snacks available 24/7.My only small gripe was the AC.in my room didn't seem to work so my room was hot.I'm surprised by the low 3.9 rating of this hotel. Its deserving of higher considering its location, facilities and overall offering.     Good place for a seminary… except if you have special medication.

    I was there for a business trip for 2days, 1 night. Everything was really nice and well organized: the room, the conference room, the breakfast and lunch. Only one point: I have a condition and need to travel with some medication that need to stay in the refrigerator. I know a lot of hotel do not have fridge in each guest rooms, but all the hotel I went so far (even 2 or 3* hotels) offered to keep it at the reception. This time it was different: no fridge in the rooms, a cold “no” when asked to keep it at the reception, and just “it’s cold outside, you just have to put it there” from the receptionist. I really thought it was a joke, but unfortunately no. I understand that hotels cannot take responsibilities for everything, but it’s not like I asked them to keep Champaign or something else. It was medication! It is a health issue. So I recommend this hotel because everything else was nice, but not if you have some kind of medication. They will not listen or even help you.     Disappointing Experience Despite Clean Rooms

    We stayed at the Best Western Plus Frankfurt and while the hotel itself is clean and the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, the overall experience was let down by poor service and a terrible breakfast.When we arrived, the kids’ beds hadn’t been set up, even though our booking clearly included them. After a long day of travel, this was really disappointing and not what you expect from a hotel of this standard.From the moment we arrived, the reception staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. Each time we came back in the evening, they didn’t even lift their heads to greet us, even when I said hello. They were too busy on their phones to acknowledge guests, which felt quite rude and unprofessional.Breakfast was honestly abysmal, the worst I’ve ever had in any hotel. Half of the stations were empty: no bacon, no meatballs, no pancakes, and no fruit. On our last morning, I had to specifically ask for fried eggs because nothing was being replenished. The staff at breakfast, much like reception, looked unhappy and disengaged.The only bright spot was on our last day, when a lovely lady at reception smiled, chatted with the kids and even gave them some sweets a small gesture that made a big difference. It was nice to end on a positive note, but unfortunately, it’s not enough to make up for the rest of the stay.If I ever return to Frankfurt, this would be the last hotel I’d choose.     Terrible experience, they have charged the room twice and 15 days after, 3 calls and 2 emails, still no answer and of course, NO MONEY BACK.     A great little hotel for business and exploring the City Clean and functional whilst ideally located literally next to a tram station providing easy access to the whole of the City Frank the barman is the real star of the venue. Serving drinks with a smile and genuinely friendly approach to serving customers and moving drinks, his mixing of a cocktail is second to none.
