    Nighr Crew was very rude. Obviously did not like American. Middle eastern decent. Had same ossue a few years back with this place totally done with Bestwestern . Stayed for one nighr until we could move to a better place

    Inadequate customer service, no parking and mold in the bathroom

    During the booking process, we clearly communicated our late evening arrival and requested a reservation for a parking space, which was confirmed. However, upon our arrival, we were disappointed to find that the reserved parking space was unavailable. It seemed that the hotel had neglected to check on other guests, as two cars were occupying the space assigned to us, leaving us with no option to park. Regrettably, the hotel did not offer a satisfactory alternative for parking in their designated car park, forcing us to leave our car on the street, approximately 200 meters away from the hotel, amidst heavy rainfall.Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the receptionists were unable to communicate in English, adding to the inconvenience of the situation. Additionally, both of the double beds in the two rooms we had booked were furnished with unusually short single duvets, which was quite uncomfortable. Moreover, I noticed the presence of mould in the corners of the bathroom in my room, which was disheartening.

    I have stayed at this hotel countless times solo and with a group as big as 30 plus people. NEVER AGAIN. My organization(s) have in the past used exclusively Best Western through the USA and around the World again...NEVER AGAIN. WE HAVE BEEN IGNORED The anti American Night clerk who was not German but Middle Eastern that did not understand English that was rude and yelling at myself and two women when all we were trying to tell him is that we needed to pay. I was there for a sporting event and was wearing a loud USA Jacket basically and American flag. He ask me why I was speaking English, then told the women as they were explaining to him what we needed ...he stated that he is "MASTER and this is not America and they need to be quiet." They were not even talking to him.He offended them, scared the children that were there and angered myself and another man that was there again trying to pay our Bill. Ileft due to the fact he obviousky was upset that we woke him up from his slumber at 1115pm. I asked him for his name said it was none of my business. I reported this to Bookings tried to get a person to talk to and as I got to send part to talk to someone it blocked and lock me out of talking to someone. This I am taking to corparate and letting everyone and anyone know of this. 90% of the Guest at that hotel were there for the same event as us. And we do this several time a year. I have stayed at this hotwl several times through the decades BUT NEVER AGAIN. THE PEOPLE That I talked to this am about this basically did nothing and blamed it on a different entity company that runs the hotel at night. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. In his regard and in their regard in rectifying this. The Gemtle man was not German but middle eastern decent with very broken English amd obviously did not understand what we , I was trying to do.I told the day people what happened even left a message for management. It has been 4 nights 3 days since this has happened and I have yet to get a reply to my complaint inquiry. The other 6 people there that witnessed this have heard nothing either. I guess it is not important so BestWestern has lost my business from andy and all possible Hotel stays throughout the World.

    We only stayed 1 overnight but everything worked perfect. Room was clean, breakfast was very good and more than enough. Transportation to airport and pickup back from the airport worked fine and our car was parked safely. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
