56 single rooms and 89 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     ⭐ 1 star – Terrible and unacceptable experienceUnfortunately, my stay at Hotel Bristol in Frankfurt is being extremely negative. During the night, a strong smell of cigarette smoke and other substances enters the room, which causes me a pulmonary allergic reaction and makes it impossible to rest properly.To make matters worse, the room floor is visibly dirty, in completely unacceptable conditions for any hotel, and the bathroom urgently needs repairs. The hygiene and maintenance standards are far below the minimum expected.NO TVNO TEAHORRIBLE A very negative experience. I do not recommend it.

    I booked last minute, then checked the reviews. They weren't very good, but it was GREAT! Close to the train station, all I needed was a bed and shower for the night. It was perfect and very affordable. Got there late, froendly staff, got my wifi and a shower to freshen up. Patio bar across the street to enjoy a glass of wine and the full moon. All night cafe on the other corner when I wanted a coffee before heading to the train station very early in the morning, then to my flight home. Highly recommended.

    Bristol was booked for me during a business trip. I am writing a review more as a word of caution for solo travellers (especially women).The 2-3 blocks surrounding this hotel are dangerous. Many drug addicts and vagrants. Overall unsafe feeling. The hotel was clean but staff interaction poor, wifi non existent and no iron in the room. The house keeping open you door everyday at 8am. My room was on the first floor and was awoken both nights by constant street noise. The breakfast was acceptable for the price. You get what you pay for. One plus point - it is 5 mins walk from Messe. Avoid.

    I like hotel location. Really Center and too close to railway station. I like room. Small, but with facilities that you need on trip. Cute room with soft bed. There are TV set, lamp, chair and table, outlets, safe case, wardrobe and etc. Personal is very active and talkative. With welcome smile and positive vibe

    Horror Hotel!

    The worst hotel experience of my entire life! If you want to be welcomed by cigarette and chemical house perfume the entire stay you're at the right place! Starting at the reception!We did 2 different rooms because of the awful cigarette smell! At first they said it came from outside, but no, the smell is impregnated in the walls and the carpet! With my allergies let me tell you how horrible I felt the next day, throat pain, headache and itchy eyes! The hotel is aware of the problem because they spray this horrible house perfume all over the place! Also during the night, people invited themselves in the hall way, and started knocking at room doors and also tried to open some of them with a hotel cars they probably found! Imagine this happening around 3am! We were scared to death when they tried opening our door.So I directly called the reception, someone came to so what was happening and the people who were there didn't want to leave! They said to the receptionist he could call the police! Anyways this lasted a time of the night, during that time we were scared and couldn't sleep, not knowing who or what kind of crazy people were behind that door! We were supposed to stay 2 night! It was not in question for me to stay 1 more night in this horrible unsafe hotel! They said I would get a refund, well... I'm still waiting and I can not join the hotel because they are IGNORING ALL my emails!!! The worst hotel experience of my entire life!
