    Excellent location near the Skyline Plaza mall. Large rooms with convenient fittings. Very helpful and flexible staff. We stayed for 15 room nights over 4 stays from end March to end April 2026. This is a great option for medium to long term stays.

    WAEL Thank you so much, your and the other staff's customer service has been exceptional, so friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate, breakfast had a great selection, and there were snacks at the hotel in case we got hungry. It is an excellent location for the Christmas market, and the rooms are MASSIVE! The hotel was quiet and good value for money. I would definitely recommend returning during the summer and for the Christmas market in 2026. Thank you for helping to make our stay unforgettable.     We have just returned from a few days at this hotel and are still talking about how easy, pleasant and overall excellent it was. The staff from our very first encounter was positive, we had an early flight and accepted that we were too early for check in but after offering us tea/coffee they came back to us asking if we could wait 15 minutes our room would be ready This level of customer service is not often found and many other hotels could learn from the Capri groupOur room was simply perfect, breakfast delicious and the bar area was so relaxed, the barman was Irish and like the other staff he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was catered for. There is a gym on site as well Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be recommending for a stay in Frankfurt.     Hotel is modern and welcoming. Very nice and large room with a handy small kitchen. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices and nice breads. You have to know that cleaning is only every 3 days but you can ask anything at the front desk.
