  Stay far from this place! In the middle of nowhere Breakfast terrible especially if you are vegetarian/vegan Reception rude and angry with the costumers Smelly rooms Super noisy because of some dog in the forest near by I’m questioning how they can still open?

  I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had made a huge mistake. The lobby smelled musty, the staff was rude and uninterested, and check-in took forever. When I finally got to my room, it was filthy stains on the carpet.Breakfast was a joke, stale pastries, watery coffee, and eggs that looked like they had been sitting out for hours. I complained to the front desk, and they just shrugged. Zero customer service.Dogs next door are barking all night, for 4 days of my stay, and the hotel did nothing or seemed not bothered of our concern. At the end of the day, around 9 p.m. we sat down at the table near the reception, which is for the guest to meet up for a drink, we got shout out from the manager to leave immediately [as we were picking up our things and drinks and about to leave.]and we have 5 minutes to leave before he kicked us out from the hotel. We didn't react because we saw he was not mentally Okay. He shouldn't be working at costumer service. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. This place should be shut down.Oh, btw the manager was having drinks with his friends on that table 5 minutes later. So basically he did all that so he can have a good time with his friends.   Absolutely appalling customer service; the rudest manager I’ve ever experienced! We were in the common area by the reception at 9:30pm having a drink (which the receptionist told us we could do)! The manager came and yelled at us to leave, I calmly told him that it was no problem and we would leave; and he proceeded to yell at us! I’ve never experienced anything like this! Absolute madness.Never coming backRooms are standard, smells weird, but at least there’s a kitchen! There are dogs barking all night!

  WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

  WORST hotel experience of my life! If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would! I had a one-night layover in Frankfurt and wanted to explore the city, so I booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle service they offer, as my time in Frankfurt was limited. I arrived at the airport and called the hotel to send the shuttle, they said it's on its way. After waiting for more than an HOUR AND A HALF while asking every single shuttle that arrived at the location they gave me if they go to this specific hotel and calling the hotel several times, they said the shuttle service was done for the night, so I had to take a taxi and pay 46 euros. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk was EXTREMELY rude about the whole situation. He then proceeded to give me a very dirty room with no functioning AC or fan (in July). They had no food to offer at the hotel, and I was extremely hungry, but it was too late to even go downtown, which was my original plan that wasn't feasible after the delays they caused. When I asked to change the room because it was dirty, they said they were fully booked (on a Tuesday night!!!). So I just went to sleep without dinner because it was too late to find another hotel. It also felt extremely unsafe. I was worried about sleeping there, but I had no choice.The next morning, I went downtown early to get some food and explore the city for the 2 hours I had before returning to the airport. I came back to find the cleaning staff had REMOVED all of my belongings from the closet (hence, my feelings of how unsafe it was were confirmed), and it wasn't even checkout time yet!! I went down to the front desk to check out and filed a complaint against the cleaning staff and the night desk clerk, but they didn't seem to care. The manager said that they would refund me for the taxi and gave me a confirmation. However, I am still chasing this refund a month later!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I wish I had taken photos of how disgusting the room was, but I was too upset then to think of it.   STAY AWAY !!!

  This is categorized as an airport hotel with free airport shuttle service. It is not near the airport, (10-15 minute drive out in an excluded area). Transportation is free, but it is not a shuttle. Image waiting for 45 minutes for a shuttle with the hotel logo on the side, only to find out it is a normal taxi car. There were hundreds of taxis driving by and they all look alike!! Finally, I had to track down the driver who was looking for passengers Hotel checkin gave us the keys for room 502. We went to room 502, opened the door and turned on the lights, only to find shoes and a suitcase on the floor. Went further into the room only to find two people sleeping in bed!!!! Note, there is NO deadbolt or security chains on the doors. Got a new room ( that was vacant) which was about 80F inside. Went back to the front desk only to find that none of the rooms have air conditioning. Open the window to find there are no screens.
