  The worst hotel I've ever been to.

  This is a horrible hotel. The service is extremely poor and the entire hotel is tiny. My family put a request for our rooms to be on the same floor and it was completely ignored. Also the hotel runs with one miniature elevator which can barely fit 4 people. I firmly DO NOT recommend. On top of that, I firmly do not recommend visiting Frankfurt itself as it is unclean and there aren't many sights to see. SAVE YOUR MONEY

  Cheap, run down, dodgy area, not good.

  Going to start with the pros, the bed is very comfortable, the free WiFi works really well, the location is very good but only because it's so close to the main train station and I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful.And now for the cons, my room was on the 4th floor, the shared bathrooms were on the 2nd and 5th, so not very convenient especially if you have any kind of needs that require a close toilet. While we're on the subject of the bathroom, it was absolutely disgusting, it clearly does not get cleaned very deeply or enough. My room was facing the main road, which is right there outside the window, and when it's hot like it was during my stay, you obviously want the window open, however the noise of the street is unbearable! And in the evening it gets worse, fewer cars but thousands of loud people from the nearby bars, as well as all the drug dealers and homeless people that seem to congregate outside the hotel. That is another thing, leaving the hotel i was approached multiple times by people wanting to sell me drugs, I realise this is not the fault of the hotel, but it should be made clear that this area is rife with these kinds of people.My room was also next to the lift, great for convenience however not when people are coming and going at all hours and you're just trying to get some rest. There is a small TV in the room, however even though there are supposed to be a few English channels on there, or at least the option of English subtitles, neither was the case here. On top of that the tap for the sink in my room didn't work at all, which I only found out when I went to brush my teeth.It's a cheap hotel, and it's close to the centre and the train station, that's the only reason it's a 2/5 and not 1/5. I'd recommend staying here only if all you need is a bed, if you need a lot of comfort, or a nice place, or even a clean place, there are plenty of other options.

  Very unfriendly staff

  Unprofessional and extremely unfriendly staff (one man in particular who was at reception).- He talked very rudely to us, yelling, and never being polite in any way, even though we friendly to him.- He refused to believe us that we were on business trip. There is a fee for tourists, which he made us pay and we never got our money back.- The elevator was broken (which is understandable and fine!) but he refused to try to help us find a solution on how to store our luggages, as we were on the 4th floor and had 3x 25kg bags. He just waved us away, saying it is our problem. He could have at least said sorry, or given us a room at a lower level, asked his staff to help us carry some bags, or made a partial refund. But he was just very unprofessional at this and continued to ignore us.- He called us “children”Worst hotel experience.

  The staff is really nice. Near main train station, room is clean. When we are there they clean everything everyday. Nice toilet with hair dryer. Overall a nice stay for a good price. The neighborhood is also quite good, not as bad as we thought

  Scammers, cancelling the reservation in order to squeeze out more money for the same room.

  I've had a very bad experience with this hotel.I had made a reservation via booking.com and even my special requests were specifically confirmed by the hotel.Now suddenly they sent a message to booking.com as if would want to cancel the reservation and they could agree to that without cost. However I never requested to cancel!They claim they will close the hotel for 2 months for renovations, but how credible is this if they still are accepting and confirming reservations 2 weeks prior to these "renovations". And how credible is it that they are closing if they are still accepting new reservations for the same time period from at least 5 other reservation websites?It seems to be a trick to squeeze out more money (cancelling the cheaper reservations and hoping to get new more expensive reservations for the same room). Unfortunately booking.com is playing along with them and is not willing to help the customer in any way.
