Location

Situated in a quiet yet central location, the Sheraton Congress Hotel Frankfurt is simple to reach for guests from Germany and abroad. The hotel has 396 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 13 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     They promise more than they deliver, but overall a good experience!

    Apart from the three inaccuracies on the official website, the hotel was overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. They state they have one thing, and then they don't. The breakfast was amazing, many delicious options. The staff was accommodating.

    Disappointing stay at Crowne Plaza Frankfurt Congress Hotel — far below what you would expect from a 4-star property.The most concerning issue was the reception. The staff member was rude, unhelpful and showed no interest in providing even basic customer service. No information was given about the hotel services, not even the Wi-Fi password. My passport was returned in a disrespectful manner and, despite being a member, no effort was made to check or recognize my loyalty status or benefits. This kind of attitude is simply unacceptable.The restaurant experience reflected the same lack of organization. I waited over 20 minutes without being attended while other guests were served. In the end, I was told I could only eat standing, even though several tables were occupied by people not dining but just watching a match. No management of the situation and no attempt to offer a solution.Additionally, the general condition of the hotel does not meet the expected standards: visible cleanliness issues (such as stained carpets) and an overall lack of care.Overall, a frustrating experience that highlights poor management and a clear lack of attention to guests.Not recommended.     The room was spacious, nice bed and clean. The lobby area was open and nicely decorated and a good buffet breakfast. Nice bar area to get snacks and socializing.

    Decent walk from the tram station to the hotel.The 24 hours fitness room was pretty well equipped with barbells, Leg Curls, Shoulder and Chest Press and Lats pull down machine.Unfortunately, the pool and steam room amenities are permanently closedWhat I love is the Outdoor Running Station: A unique touch in the lobby is a "Run Station" that provides guests with local jogging maps for the nearby Frankfurt City Forest, along with towels, water and apples.

    Dear Hotel Crowne Plaza Frankfurt Main Niederrad next to the frankfurter Golfclub e.V.!A skyline view without the buzzing city noises and a fine and good service line, making a local small talk and a quick breakfast a reservation I was not expecting for the price! Top floor upgrade, as IHG loyalty member, Charming vibes in small gestures and an overall good atmosphere with well maintained upscale bedding and desk options. As one has shown generally shown attentiveness outside responsibility, it feels like a descent suite away from home!
