    We had a very good stay at the hotel overall. The service was excellent and truly deserves 10/10, and the breakfast was also outstanding – 10/10 as well. Everything was well organized and the staff was friendly and professional.Unfortunately, we left a T-shirt hanging in the room after checkout. We called the hotel twice to ask if it had been found, but we were told that nothing was located.     Very good hotel in Frankfurt. Rooms are modern and fresh, spacious and well appointed. No complaints. Staff very helpful on front desk. Good breakfast selection. Zero to complain about. Not in the centre so check location.

    Beautiful hotel. The staff are lovely, welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. I had a very comfortable stay. The food was delicious and the meeting conference room was perfect for the meeting I was attending. A short car ride to the centre of Frankfurt and its beautiful history.

    This is an old and dated property, which has spacious accommodation, but the condition is very poor.The staff is good and helpful, and the breakfast is very good. However, the housekeeping standards are extremely poor and I faced multiple issues during my stay that I brought to the notice of the team at the hotel. The rooms need serious renovation, or at least refurbishment to offer consistency in some basic standards that is expected from Marriott. The housekeeping team also is in need of serious orientation.
