Location

The hotel is located on the edge of the city of Frankfurt. There are links to the public transport network on the hotel doorstep and it offers guests excellent connections to the Frankfurt Fair Trade Centre and to the city centre which is just 12 km away, as well as to Frankfurt's main train station. The nearest shops are 1.5 km, in the centre of Oberursel. Guests will find a casino 5 km from the hotel and Frankfurt Airport is 18 km away.

Facility

220 rooms, including 10 junior suites, apartments, 42 single rooms and 167 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected.     Located on outskirts of the city. Looks good only externally. Inside it’s just not equipped with the basics like air conditioning, water kettle etc. front office staff is extremely extremely rude !!! Don’t have the decency to even give an answer when you complain about the hot rooms.one of the answers given was - it will take 1-2 hours for your room to cool !!!! Spent 1 night here without any air conditioning in the hot summer of Germany !! If you have a choice - PLEASE AVOID. Gave an earful to our tour company for selecting such a terrible hotel in our package. Looks like they get good deals at this place so the sufferers are the end user !!     We had originally booked for 1 night but extended to 3 nights. Great family room and excellent breakfast. Short distance to public transport and to Frankfurt city center. The only things that I whant to remark are the following: 1. Lack of small fridge 2. Small TV, hotels use 50 "tv now3. Most people have a smartphone or pad. TV should have the option of streaming from the devices.     No Air condition while 30°C is outside during the day, did complain, but no action made by the hotel.Frogs keeping myself awake for the full night.Checked out early but was expected to pay for the full visit. Not friendly staff when pointing out that they had room for improvements.     The refurbished romms are good and spacious clean and tidy. There are no frills but that is fine for short stays. The breakfasts are good with a wide range of choices. Staff are friendly and helpful. However the hotel is a good 20 minutes walk from the Market Place. I would hane no hesitation in returning.     Reasonable room, awful Air Con, pokey gym

    Stayed here for a week at the height of a heatwave in Germany where temperatures hit near 40C. While the room I had was outfitted nicely (with a really odd egg shaped chair) the air con was frankly abysmal to the point of where I tried to sleep with the window open when it was circa 25-30 outsideThe buffet breakfast is solid, a decent section of local and continental foods, with some interesting juices on offer (blackcurrant was one day). The drinks at the bar are quite pricey for what they are, but do have a few local options on offerThe gym is an absolute sweatbox with little cooling, and the one treadmill they had was broken when I was thereThe Spa it has was a couple of steam rooms and a treatment room.
