    Room is the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, the lack of air conditioning can be issued in hot weather.There are 4 parking lot that free of charge. The location is quite hard to find it. Otherwise, there is parking lot nearby with 8 Euro per day.

    This is by far the worst hotel i have stayed at. We stayed for one night and the reception lady was extremely rude at our arrival. Our room was dirty and our beds really bad.When we went to breakfast the staff only spoke german. The breakfast included dry bread and juice and some leftover croissants. The eggs and bacon tray was almost empty and when we asked them to cook more (because we were three people) they were very rude about it but did it after some arguing. The staff was laughing and speaking german while looking at us and we told them that although we didn’t understand them, we knew what they were saying. If i could give them minus 5 stars i would but one star has to do.

    Worst hotel I ever stayed at!Where to start! First of all you are getting to the hotel that looks like nothing like the pictures online. The hotel is old and outdated, and there was mould in the corner of our room. In morning (Saturday) at 7am, the cleaning lady was screaming outside our room, which meant we were kept awake. Even Though the rooms is non smoking rooms, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in our room. However when telling the staff about the smell, they were extremely rude. They even suspected us of being ones smoking. The breakfast was also extremely bad, and consisted of dry bread and canned fruits. At check out the receptionist wanted to charge us for breakfast even though it was included in our stay. This resulted in 30 min discussion with the very unpleasant receptionist, who was so arrogant and so rude about the whole thing. Sure to say, I will never stay at this hotel again! If I could I would give this hotel 0 stars!
