  I had an unsatisfactory experience at this property.I was provided a dangerous iron by hotel staff which had live wire exposed on the power cord.The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty upon arrival in the room. The mirror in the bathroom still had fingerprints from a previous guest.The lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep.I will not return and can not recommend this property based on my experience.   I read some of the reviews and was nervous. We felt this was an excellent hotel for the price. The rooms looked like they had been redone and were very comfortable (although a little hot - we slept with the windows open in January). As Marriott members we had free internet and it was fast and easy. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was very nice - with both an overhead shower head and a hand held. The only thing missing in the rooms was a refrigerator and coffee machine - there was tea pot - however we just had our coffee at breakfast - which was a very nice breakfast! There is a supermarket right across from the hotel which comes in very handy. We ended up eating in the hotel restaurant every nice because it was so easy and we enjoyed the food. We were in Frankfurt for the Heimtexil show at the Messe. In the past years we stayed near the Messe and paid $350-$450 a night. We stayed here for about $106 a night! The uber to Messe is about 22 Euros and takes 30 minutes. Taxis home are more expensive and are around 45 Euros - however you save so much on the hotel. We enjoyed staying away from the Messe and seeing what Frankfurt looked like in the drive in. Also being this far away from downtown, it was so quiet at night - very easy to sleep whereas when we stayed in the Messe area in the past years it was so noisy. We will definitely stay here next year as well.   Check in was bit stressful as initially offered a room without a safety deposit box, however, I was later offered a room with the safety deposit box, as it’s a norm for any 3 or 4 star hotel to include a safety deposit box. Positives: 1- Clean rooms with a mini fridge and nice toilets 2- Excellent location, 1 minute walk to Rewe grocery store which has everything at local prices, and good transport links to Frankfurt main station; 108 bus to Offenbach and thereafter Train to Frankfurt. 3- Good buffet breakfast 3- 24 and helpful reception staff 4- Had a steam room and tiny gym Negatives: 1- There wasn’t a kettle or tea /coffee sachets in room, however, the receptionist offered me a small kettle and I purchased the 3 in 1 cafe sachets from nearby Rewe store 2- There wasn’t a Iron or ironing table in hotel room, however, I borrowed a Iron from receptionist for few hours 3- No Shampoo or soaps, just a bottle of Bodywash, again not an issue as nearby Rewe store has everything.   No air conditioning but was a reasonable room for the price. The hotel restaurant was amazing and the staff was great! They stayed open just for us. Best schnitzel we had all trip!Supermarket right across street from hotel which was a bonus.   Things didn't start off well, to be honest. The guy at the front desk "couldn't find" the reservation and we spent a good five minutes discussing this with him while showing him confirmation numbers, credit cards, etc. Finally he decided to look in a drawer and miraculously found the reservation. Then I requested a wake up call for 3 hours later which actually came the next morning. I DID make sure to request the call for zwansig Uhr and not for acht Uhr. Aside from these two errors, though, the hotel was great. The room was spacious, more than enough bathroom towels and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Props to the breakfast crew for letting us eat when we showed up later than we should have (I think we walked in 5 minutes before it was to shut down). They didn't hurry us out or make us uncomfortable, they just let us eat and even told us there was no need to hurry - because we were hurrying. The front desk staff after our check in were great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and went above and beyond to assist us.
