  Disappointed and unsafe neighborhood

  Very uncomfortable experience - hotel is tired (paint peeling off the walls and duct tape over light switches), our room had only 1 switch for all the lights in the whole room + bathroom, and the location is not safe.Drug addled people are walking around, coming into the hotel and my husband was accosted by a man not in his right mind (likely due to a drug induced hallucination). This incident happened directly in front of the hotel, as we were getting into an Uber, and our driver said that incident was not surprising, based on daily activity in the neighborhood.I will say the staff was very friendly but I was concerned for their safety at the front desk, without a security guard on duty.We will not be returning to this hotel.

  I stayed here again before and after my volunteering week. This is a good place to stay. It is very conveniently placed for the station and bus station and walkable to the city centre. I know some people have commented negatively about the area. Railway termini can be like that but it has not been a problem for me. My rooms were not large but were fine and comfortable. Good air conditioning. Good wi-fi. Kettle in room. Real hangers. No safe in room. Slippers provided. Fridge. I would stay again.

  Right hotel in wrong area, nearby Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof

  We stayed one night at this hotel in Frankfurt. Unforeseen, as due to a delayed train coming from Vienna, we missed our connection to the next city and had to find a sleeping place. Very friendly staff welcoming us. Also the staff present in the morning was really great. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Thanks to the staff to let us have breakfast before the opening hour, as we had to catch an early train.Attention point is the area in which the hotel is situated. Not safe at night, extremely noisy. But at 2’ from the train station.

  Friends don't let friends stay at the Concorde.

  My wife and I just spent the final and worse 2 nights of a 3 week European vacation at the Concorde. 4 star hotel, I think not, on less you're rating back packer Hostels. Website photos were completely misleading, and the exterior photo clearly does not show the drug users clearly visible as close as 50 ft of the entrance. Very sketchy area and extremely loud, we could hear people screaming and sirens at all hours of the night and early morning. We made sure we were back in the room before dark both nights we stayed, and mistakenly walked through a very seedy "Red Light" area, in a vain attempt to avoid some of the druggies and homeless prevalent in the area. As for the hotel, a very cramped tiny double room, no room safe, and electrical outlets were conveniently located, in fact 1 was located on the wall right next to the mattress, can you say fire hazard. Having curtains that covered the entire window, and not just the sheer drapes, May have helped deaden some of the noise from outside. Initially the size made us laugh, I know small rooms are common in Europe, but after staying in Prague, Luxembourg, and Brussels this one was disappointingly small. Being minutes from the train station was not worth it, I'd have gladly spent 20-30 Euros for a cab or Uber to be clear of the area. I couldn't even recommend this place to someone I didn't like.

  This hotel was very clean, and the front desk was very helpful. My room was small, but had ample enough space and was very clean.. Everything worked well in the room.. The breakfast at this hotel was amazing!. Very close to the train station, which makes transportation to the airport very easy. The area around this hotel needs some attention..
