    We liked the quiet yet fairly central location. Friendly staffs at the desk, breakfast was fairly good as well. Hotel room was alright but extra bed wasn’t that good. All basic amenities were available though it’s not certain about 4 star standards. Shower room was a bit cramped even for us, fairly skinny people. Shower cap was not adjustable so the water force hits you pretty hard…

    Amazing location. Receptionist Muhammad Arif is unusually knowledgeable: he would give simple and effective advice from where to park your car free to the fastest way to find places you want to (thank 25 years of experience). A load of my laundry was taken care of the same day, all pressed and arranged properly for a nominal charge. Breakfast was included in a $1,700 package (for 22 days). This hospitality group is certainly not interested in exacting a post-COVID-19 revenge on customers.

    My parents and I booked 2 rooms at this hotel for a family reunion weekend in Frankfurt. Overall it was a good experience.The rooms were clean and fairly big. The bathroom pleasant and modern. My room was facing the quiet side, there was no noise at all.The service was pleasant and responded well to our questions and asks.The place is nicely located on the outskirts of the old town. You can probably take a tramway, subway or bus to get there but we decided to walk! It’s a 35min very pleasant walk to the city Center. We repeated the walk 3 days in a row.The only constructive feedback I could share would be the quality of the pillow. I think they need an upgrade and the indoor temperature. We are in spring and the room was fairly hot. I don’t think there is aircon in the rooms. Would book again as it fulfilled our needs and met our expectations overall.

    Great base for doing the Nidda Parkrun

    We travelled to Frankfurt to do the Nidda Parkrun. Hotel is about a 2.5 km walk from the Parkrun so easy to get to. Hotel is a bit dated in the communal areas and the bar is basically a counter in the lobby but the rooms are huge and spotless. Staff were all helpful and friendly and breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Our flight was not until 8pm so we paid an extra 15 to check out at 3pm which was ideal. A ten minute walk to the train station and about 2.8 k into the city centre. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

    The hotel was a good value for the money.comfortable and clean , we didn't take breakfast include because the location near to so many caffe and the metro stationb. its a good place to stay in frankfurt
