Location

This hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt, close to the city's central train and bus stations and 600 metres from Frankfurt Cathedral. There are restaurants and bars within 100 metres of the hotel, and nightlife and shops around 500 metres away. Sights such as the opera house, Goethe Haus, Roemerberg, St. Paul's Church and the main promenade are within 600 metres of the hotel and the Jewish Museum is roughly 1 km away. The city centre is a 15-minute walk and the city of Wiesbaden is around a 40-minute drive from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 25 single rooms and 40 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well.     This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.The area is extremely unsafe, surrounded by crackhouses and drug users — I feared for my safety just walking to the entrance.The room was advertised as non-smoking, but it reeked of cigarettes.The floor was dirty, broken, damp, and likely full of mold. Absolutely no hygiene.But the worst part? The photos online are a fraud. What you see in the pictures is NOT what you get. It’s false advertising and a total scam.This place is a health and safety hazard, and it should be removed from all booking platforms.Avoid it at all costs.

    If I could give this hotel a minus 5 rating, I think it very well deserves it. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was immediately alarmed by the surroundings. The area was populated by large groups of homeless individuals, many of whom were openly using drugs directly outside the hotel entrance. This created a deeply unsettling and unsafe atmosphere. This was in broad daylight! I also noticed several nearby shops with signage suggestive of a red light district, further contributing to an environment that felt entirely inappropriate for a holiday stay. The front desk staff confirmed that the area was, in fact, part of a red light district. In addition to the location being entirely unsuitable, the hotel itself was in a visible state of disrepair. The room I was shown resembled a prison cell—bare, dingy, poorly maintained, with outdated and damaged furniture. This is not a four-star accommodation. I could not stay even one night there and had to rebook another hotel on the day I arrived.Please do not stay there!!

    Avoid at all costs, no matter what !!!!The hotel is in the middle of the red night district with rundown/dangerous neighborhood. A lot of homeless, drug addicts, hookers hang out on the street. The air condition of my room didn't work at all and the room was so much hotter than outside or lobby. I asked to switch to other room but they rejected my request. Later I asked for a fan because I couldn't bear the heat anymore, I waited for almost half an hour for the receptionist to bring me the fan but they couldn't find me one. The room window glass cracked with cigarette butt placed outside the window. You can see my uploaded pics. The hotel and the surrounding area are horrendous! Do yourself a favor, just don't stay there! You will be regretted like I do!
