    Hotel within a building site but a surprisingly great night's sleep !

    Nice helpful staff; a really comfy bed; a welcome free breakfast. But oh my goodness what a terrible building site area. It's filthy outside and the hotel is covered in scaffolding. I hope the owners are being compensated for the dirt and noise but it's a pity we had to pay top price not knowing about all the disruption. The rooms are dated and a fair amount of maintenance is required. I guess they won't be updating until the outside building development is finished, but this will be years to come. Otherwise, the hotel is a really good location for tourism, enabling you to walk to most of what Frankfurt has to offer and being really close to the subway.

    I would recommend to stay AWAY from this Hotel! It is under construction & has been for 2 years. There were 3 things we looked for when booking a Hotel in Frankfurt, Air Conditioning, Free Parking & Airport shuttle. All of these things are listed on their website but None are available due to the Construction. We were booked for 2 nights & only stayed for 1. I felt very unsafe there as the Front door is left open & many times , no one at the front desk so anyone could walk in & go where they like. No security on the Elevator.

    The staff was so lovely, and accommodating! Their kindness made me cry. 😊The room was spacious and clean. Included breakfast, which was hearty and varied.There was construction in the area, and very easily worked around. Close to just about everything.Will definitely return, and bring friends!Thank you, Ali!!

    The clerks at the front desk are nasty and stingy. Wi fi has a difficult system that I have never seen it before. The Coffee maker was not working when I had my breakfast. The only thing I liked was the location

    Very good location in the city center. Helful staff at reception. But the airconditioning in the whole hotel was not working which made the stay unbearable at 30C heat. Very sad not to be informed in advance while the problem was already few days long…
