    Very disappointed with this hotel’s policy and lack of understanding. Our flight was cancelled due to the war situation in the Middle East, which was completely beyond our control. We contacted the hotel to request either a refund or to change the reservation dates, but they refused to offer any assistance.In such an unexpected and serious situation, we hoped the hotel would show some flexibility or empathy toward their guests. Unfortunately, they showed no consideration at all. This experience felt very unfair and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel based on how they handled this situation.

    We stayed at this Hotel at the start of our trip also at the end of our trip . it is in a good location for Frankfurt Main Station . People complain about the area but we never had an issues .

    Great hotel, rooms are clean, wifi is perfect, airconditioning, tv & fridge in the room works fine.The hotel staff is speaking English; the were very kind.I would especially like to thanks Mrs Karolina, Snezi and Vicky, also Mr Mamoo & Muhammed who speaks all good English, the were very helpful and amazingly kind.

    Nice basic hotel right next to Frankfurt train station. Surprisingly quiet. Very clean, beds were comfortable, shower was good. We arrived late at nice and the staff person was very friendly and helpful. Free WiFi. No coffee in the room, which was a bummer. There is a paid buffet on offer with pastries and meats and cheeses. It looked nice, but since we were in a bit of a hurry to head to the airport via train, we got food at the station. I recommend this as a nice place stay near the train station, but for the absence of coffee.

    A last minute accommodation that is very close from Frankfurt station that was clean, comfortable and quiet. Don't forget to ask for your free drinks if booking directly with the hotel, but there are no free hamburger.... Nice staff and the best value close to the station.
