  Good value for money close to the airport. The hotel is clean and modern. As a Gold member, I was upgraded to a room with a sofa. The check-in was fairly cold, however the staff do seem well intentioned.   Everything you expect an airport hotel to be

  Easy to find (10 minutes by foot from the airport). Very cheap and regular train connection. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast included. Good facilities. We were there only 6 hours so i cannot complain.With the sofa bed out there was very little floor space in the room to move around. If we were staying longer it would have been an issue, but obviously you probably would not need to!

  Perfect overnight Airport hotel. Easy 10 min walk to terminal 2 even with luggage and 5 min to S line Gateway Garden station. Plenty of taxi too. There are several U.S chain hotels in this new area. There are pretty much nothing around this hotel but it's safe and quiet. Room was spotless and comfortable. Iron in the room is nice so you don't have to ask. Breakfast from 6 am was excellent especially pastries. Staff at front desk are not hospitable or friendly but did their job. I would stay here again.

  We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt Airport during the Ambiente exhibition and overall had a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfy; perfect for resting after a long day at the fair. The breakfast was good with a decent selection, and it was a great way to start our busy mornings.The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, although there is no shuttle service available Uber and Taxis are easy to find. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station, which makes getting around fairly easy. There’s also a Korean store nearby that’s open from 6:00 AM until midnight, which was very convenient for quick snacks and essentials.While most of our stay was pleasant, not all staff members were equally friendly or attentive. A bit more consistency in service would make the experience even better.Overall, it’s a solid and practical choice for business travelers or exhibition visitors looking for a clean and comfortable stay near the airport.

  Clean, adequate rooms, but disappointing amenities and no easy way to and from the airport. I stayed twice, bookending a trip via Frankfurt Airport, and found the hotel difficult to get to and frankly not worth the price or the hassle of trying to get there. Firstly, it is exceptionally hard to reach; my first night it took me nearly an hour to figure out how to find and take the public transit to get to the hotel. Once I arrived, the staff seemed uninterested in checking me in, and more interested in the conversation that they were having. Once I got to my room and dropped my bags, I came back to the front area for some dinner. I waited for 15 minutes, during which time I discovered that anything on the lighter side was not available (crossed out on the menu). I got dinner from a REWE up the street instead.The next morning I was up early my trip, only to discover I had 4 decaf coffee packets and no regular. When I got downstairs and checked out, there were no taxis out front, despite the front desk staff assuring me the night before that there would be one. I walked to the airport. When I returned a week later, I took a taxi to the hotel and got an earful that “it’s an airport hotel, of course they have a shuttle!” They still did not. For breakfast the next morning, the food was fine, but most of the dishes were empty (this was at 8am, so should have been quickly refilled). It was a zoo and I had to share a table with a stranger before finding my way back to the public transport. Oh, and there’s a tourism tax that I was only told about after I’d arrived for my second night. Only two euros, but still, felt like that could have been charged in advance. I offered a two euro coin and was told it needed to be on my card.
