    Location wise it was perfect. Only 15 minutes on foot to the old town. There is a secure parking under the hotel. Room is big and clean. Beş is very comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast was super. Staff is amazing. WiFi on the seventh floor is terrible. Coming and going. Daily cleaning was not made. These things can be improved.     ​This was our 7th stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre East, and once again, they exceeded all expectations. We visit Frankfurt because my father is receiving hospital treatment here, and the team at this hotel has made a challenging situation so much easier for us.​The rooms are spotless, the cleaning is top-notch, and the breakfast is excellent—but what truly sets this hotel apart is the eminent service.​The staff has gone above and beyond to ensure my father felt comfortable and cared for.     Excellent stay at this very well located hotel which is two minutes away from S-Bahn, regional trains, trans and buses. The breakfast was fine and the two staff members working on the evenings of 13 and 14 March were also very customer service oriented and created a very pleasant stay. This establishment is far better in all respects than the dirty, poorly located, lacking in customer service DoubleTree in Niederrad. I wish all my nights in Frankfurt had been spent at this Hampton rather than the DoubleDispleasure at Niederrad.     The room and the bathroom were clean , the beds comfortable and the towles quality . The curtains on the windows were opaque .We stayed at the second-hand floor and the mr. who cleaned daily was very kind and did not bother us. At the breakfast there were a few new products every day so , there was variety. We apreciated the good quality service at breakfast. We did not like the two employees from the reception ( 11.29.2025) , which we asked to wake up us very early in the next morning ( 11.30.2025 ) , because we had a very early flight. No one called us ! Because I had an insomnia in that night , we arrived on time at the airport .     The hotel is well located, not to far from the central station, and very near the U bahn. The breakfast was okay, my daughter liked the waffles. My family and I travel a lot around Europe and it was the first time that we encountered an exceptional Receptionist, Angelito was so efficient, he made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. Upon check-in, there was several guests who are about to check-in, I thought I will wait too long, but he was very fast and we were checked-in in less than 5 minutes. He was also corteous and friendly. He assisted us with everything we need. I am really glad that we booked this hotel, because the service was really great. Thank you so much Angelito for the superb and exceptional service and most stress-free staycation. My family really enjoyed our stay, because of you.
