    Excellent Stay Near Ambiente & Skyline Plaza!

    We had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre Messe! The location is absolutely perfect, it is just a short walk to the Ambiente exhibition at Messe Frankfurt, which made our business trip so convenient and stress-free. It’s also very close to Skyline Plaza Mall, its has Rewe Supermarket and there are plenty of shopping and dining options at the Mall. Just be sure you have extra food on a Sunday as the Mall and Rewe Supermarket is close on Sundays.The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. After long days at the exhibition, we truly appreciated the cozy beds and quiet rooms. It’s just hard to adjust the room temperature and find it really warm at night.Breakfast was fresh and satisfying. They even have bacon which we didn’t find at the other Hamptons we stayed in Europe. Good breakfast, exactly what we needed to start busy mornings.A special shout-out to the amazing staff—Christoph, Nilay, and Bella—for being so warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.Highly recommended for anyone attending exhibitions at Messe Frankfurt or visiting the city. We will definitely stay here again!

    Disappointing stay

    Very friendly reception but the room was hot and could not change the temperature. The bed was very hard and the pull out sofa bed was so bad my son almost slept on the floor. The head of the bed was sloped downward and the foot raised up. Fortunately we were just there for one night. It was December 26 and there was not much open around the hotel. Pizza Hut and a steak place were all we found. Breakfast was not good at all. We had spent other nights this trip at the residence inn in Frankfurt and found it very comfortable with a great breakfast. We were very disappointed in this Hampton inn

    In Dec 2025 during my winter vacation, I stayed in the above hotel for6 nights. Hotel is located 10 minutes from frankfurt central station by taxi. By walk, it can be reached in 15/18 minutes. Room was good and so also people. Breakfast was good. People were very friendly. In reception, they kept coffee / tea, so guests can have coffee / tea any time. Nearby in less than 5 minutes distance there is a big mall called skyline plaza mall. It has many restaurants, shops plus super market also. Overall it was a good stay and hope to visit again

I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt Airport on 3–4 January 2026 (reservation under my name).During this stay, both Room 728 and Room 519 had a persistent heating malfunction. Despite repeated reports to reception and a request for an electric heater, the issue remained unresolved. I also requested written confirmation of the issue at the property, but this was refused.This situation significantly affected the comfort of my stay. I am now submitting a formal complaint and request appropriate compensation or refund for the inadequate service provided.Please confirm receipt of this message and inform me about the next steps.Thank you,Veysi Atay

    The hotel is about a 10-min walk from Messe. No luxury - just the basic things that you need for a business trip. A very good breakfast is included. No complaints, other than the fire alarm twice waking up all the guests actually being a false alarm
