  Not too bad for a forced overnight/missed connection

  Due to a missed connection Lufthansa gave me a voucher for this hotel which included dinner and breakfast. It is easy to get to as there is a shuttle busRooms are clean, with good lighting and electrical outlets within reach of any place you wish to sit. However, for someone that has a (surprise) forced layover, it is lacking in amenities. There is only liquid soap and tissues. No body lotion, no toothbrush, etc. I had room 342 and was I found problematic was there was no phone and no way to leave a wake-up call. I had an early departure and could have used the second wake-up call (for insurance) in addition to my phone. The dinner buffet was a bit sparse and the best parts were the salad (good dressing) and the dessert. Breakfast was excellent with a wide array of hot and cold choices. I loved the robot that stopped here and there so you could place your used dishes.It is about a 1/2 hour drive to/from the airport and the shuttle stops at several hotels. For free, it was a good price.

  I arrived at 6:29 am - exhausted. — breakfast started at 6:00 am. See my dilemma? Sleep or coffee? I made it down to have coffee at 11:00am and the cleaning staff wouldn’t let me have a coffee (or the touch-screen machine was turned off?). I managed to plead for a coffee with one very sweet woman, who must have felt my pain, she made me a short Caputo at the back bar, from a touch-screen machine. In my blinkered state (Baltic ferry into Kiel and an 8 hour drive) I only managed the check in because someone appeared to help me with the silly digital checkin after I made a bit of a racket. King size room was perfect. Nicely Clean. Drinking water in the hall is an interesting concept. I had a view of the Main and the bridge, one can walk over it into the town, there are restaurants there. Also it’s a pleasant walk along the river if you want exercise.

  Quiet, clean. A little disconcerting not seeing a single employee during the whole stay. Also, the bus ride from Terminal 1 is 25 min. Not the 8-10 listed. Excellent value for money, but it is just a room in a building. Restaurant never seemed open while we were there.

  The hotel has a great location, very close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for business travelers who need to catch an early flight.The restaurant service was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The front desk team was not overly warm, but they still provided sufficient and helpful information during my stay.The room was wonderful—clean, fresh, and pleasantly simple, yet fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, a convenient and comfortable option for short business trips.

  I booked the hotel on 7th to 8 th but They said inthe reservation will provide shuttle Bus but not provide. I stayed in waiting Area for hotel shuttle bus. But bus no bus come. Then zi called the hotel at 10 pm. No body pick up phone. Then I ask for refund thru website. But they didn't refund. If any body has plan to book or stay be cautious. This hotel is a scam. They never provide services as in the Reservation. Don't go there.George
