    We visited The 5th Bar and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming.A special mention goes to Satya, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and great fun, making our evening even more enjoyable. Thank you, Satya, for helping create such a memorable experience!Both the bar and hotel are highly recommended, and we will definitely be back. We hope to see Satya

    The first difficulty of finding this hotel is the signage when you get to arrivals. Nowhere to be seen so you spend time trying to find where to go. Not good when you are trying to find the hotel and relax. Breakfast was another problem. We had hoped to go into the city for a few hours before our onward flight but delays with the coffee machines, availability of food, cutlery etc and lack of tables being cleared, etc delayed all of this.We have stayed in these hotels before, it would seem German efficiency has gone downhill. I wouldn't stay here again. We did report all of this to the trainee Receptionist who said she would report to the Manager. It would have been better for us to speak to the manager ourselves.

    I'm a Lifetime Hilton Diamond member, so I obviously have stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties. My stay last weekend at this Hilton was excellent. The room was large, quiet, spotless and very comfortable. But the absolute highlight of my stay was the staff! HUGE credit and thanks to Tarek and his team at the restaurant and bar. Tarek was exceptionally friendly, engaged, and so over the top welcoming. Our whole group was just delighted with our time with Tarek, Johanna, Gibrani and Hilal. Thank you so much for being so kind, friendly, and making us feel like VIP guests! We WILL be back!

    Not a good experience at hilton garden inn frankfurt

    Im a hilton diamond member and this hotel doesnt administer the honors program. No recognition, no upgrade no water. Rooms are small and old, they smell and it was very uncomfortable. Talked to the front desk super and just nothing but excuses. Breakfast is in a small restaurant, and when busy people bump into you when trying to get food. Chaotic for sure

    Scam Alert: They Will Rob Your Credit Card

    I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon checking out, the hotel charged me €2,000 directly to my credit card for alleged water damage caused by leaving the shower running, which I completely deny.I did not leave any water running during my stay, nor was I informed of any such issue before departure. The hotel provided no detailed evidence, no official repair invoices, no third-party assessment, and no proper explanation to justify this excessive charge. They simply took the money first and provided only a few photos as so-called proof.This is unfair, unprofessional, and a serious abuse of hotel billing practices. Guests should be aware that you may face unjustified, high-cost charges after your stay with no proper investigation or negotiation.I cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise anyone staying here to be extremely cautious.
