    One of the most unprofessional staff which I saw in hotel in my life. the personal have to be trained again how to do them job properly. that was the biggest problem for me. no hello no welcome not even saying which floor is our room we was just guessing. I was disappointed by the way how the guy (can't call him receptionist because that person is everything just not a receptionist) treatment. I would never recommend hotel if the workers are not doing them job properly. About room itself I have not much to say. It was 4/10. we can hear the noise from the heigh road and the shower was really crazy. Hot water with extremely warm water (out of nowhere ) was not nice surprise. And till now in all hotels we can do a small coffee of tea in the room... here? NOTHING! Not even small things in the bathroom. I don't expect a lot but this was way more down under my expectations. But I can say the room cleaning was nice they did a good job. And the garage was also "nice" story .. not that you have to pay 15€ per night... the doors are not even working properly!!! And forget that you will use a phone which is there to call reception. It's not working at all. Never anymore!!! And when I saw where they have other hotel I think that is also not the best option. Infront of the hotel near station was whole huge group of homeless and dru*s addicted people. So think twice before you book this hotels... I believe there are better for this price.

    We recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn the niu, Frankfurt Messe, and I can honestly say the service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish.A very special thank you to the outstanding manager, Christina, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care truly made a difference and set the tone for the entire experience.We would also like to recognize the wonderful team members Tatiana, Sam, and Emmanuel. Each of them was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive at all times. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their positive attitude made us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests.It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to delivering such a high standard of service. Thanks to them, our stay was not only comfortable but memorable.We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

    Hotel staff were rude. Location and access road bad, no parking and staff calls towing truck on guest cars without notifying.     A bit different!Hotel is two min walk from the number 17 tram - station rebstockbad. Easy to get to from main station.(15 mins)The area was quiet and seemed to be safe.The room I stayed in was on 7th floor, The walk in shower was great.There are NO wardrobes or drawers for your clothes- instead a couple of hangers and three floating shelves.No USB/C ports just plugs. NO coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Only available in lobby and not complimentary. Staff were nice but did not give a lot of information at check in, e’g breakfast times or bar times, not acknowledge IHG member.I would say this is not the best IHG can offer.     rooms were modern and clean. lounge area was also quite nice. There were no tea and kettle facilities in the room which was disappointing.
