    Very unprofessional and unrespectful people . They make me pay twice for the reservation. The manager should go home as she is not polite at all. When I asked arguing with here she called the police and told me to leave the hotel as they have the right to kick off anyone . The worst experience ever .     A terrible hotel with unprofessional stuff. Every thing is dirty. You only egg for breakfast .     look no further ! clean, exceptionaly quiet. comfortable beds. large shower ,great buffet breakfast. Room black out curtains. supermarket next door, Petrol station and restaurants 400 yards away and 7 min drive to airport. BEST airport hotel ive stayed at. Helpful friendly staff

    A Good Night’s Sleep

    The hotel is located in a quiet commercial area approximately a 15-minute drive from the airport. We checked in late around 11:30 pm and found plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. Check in was friendly and efficient.The room was modern and clean with a good bed and decent shower. There was also complimentary tea and coffee and a kettle in the room. A couple of minor points which would have improved the stay. The air-conditioning is centrally controlled and was set to heating meaning we could not cool the room down and it got quite hot during the night. The breakfast was fine but the fruit salad and Bircher muesli bowls were almost empty when we arrived at 8am for breakfast and were not replenished. Overall, the hotel provides travellers exactly what they need. A clean room with a good bed, quiet location, hot shower and complimentary breakfast.

    Booked 13 nights in this hotel via Expedia in June 2024. Booked as reserve now, pay later. Was charged by hotel directly Sept 5th to AMEX. >$2500 or 100%. Nine months in advance of stay they want to apply 90% penalty or -$2287. This was canx 9 mo prior to arrival and they want to apply a penalty if >$2200. I booked reserve now, pay later option on Expedia who will not get involved at hotel charging directly. I cannot believe this hotel actually try to justify this 9 months before first night.
