    Or last trip we stayed at only hotels instead of Airbnb and I’m usually disappointed-Being as my son lives in Bieber, this was the closest option and it did not disappoint !!ERIC, and the whole FRONT DESK staff made our experience wonderful.The room was perfect absolutely perfect terrific location walking to a lot lot of things 10 to 12 minutes Terrific morning breakfast with really good options. It was a surprise. Cappuccino’s were really great and the very first electronic Nutella machine I’ve ever seen in my life. Ha!!!Nice little bar area - a few things you could purchase out of the refrigerator from the front deskYou may pay cash at the FRONT DESK for things to take up to your room, which I do like .Again, I cannot stress enough how much Eric and his staff made our stay so comfortable . As for a typical European hotel, even though it’s a Holiday Inn, you must express to them., you want extra towels and that you want them every day which we usually do and that you want the bedding changed instead of waiting every three days. I never mind that and I always leave a tip on the pillow, knowing that housekeeping receives it. Superb job and we will definitely be back as it is only about five or six minutes from my son’s home. Great team and staffThank you for letting us have such a wonderful stay!

    The pros of this hotel are Location and breakfast. Staff are really friendly, but they have an incredible breakfast staff and you will remember the breakfast. Typical selection, but they make it come alive. I loved the espresso machine x 2. The rooms are decent and comfortable. There is an awesome store next to the hotel and there is no shortage of shopping within walking distance. Very close location to metro stop, and a large grocery store nearby. All in all, a great stay.

    The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that are equipped with all the necessary amenities. There are 4 elevators but all are small and were busy especially when check-in and check-out times. The location is convenient, especially if you’re looking to stay outside the busy center of Frankfurt. It’s close to public transportation, making it easy to reach the city center in about 15-20 minutes. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, offering a nice selection of hot and cold items.There’s a supermarket next to the hotel namely Tegut. Went there 2 times because it is so convenient and less busy market.Overall, the Holiday Inn Offenbach is a great option if you’re visiting the Frankfurt area, offering comfort, convenience, and good value for money.

    The hotel is in a central location in Offenbach and there is a big supermarket next to the hotel. The check in process was quick and smooth. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cozy and clean. The only comment is that breakfast buffet is the same everyday. It would be great if the breakfast is varied every couple of days or so, but the breakfast was good though.

    Don’t ever go to this hotel.There is no hospitality at all.We booked a room for one night. We had our dog, labradoodle, with us.On the site of HRS stood that dogs were allowed in this hotel.We checked in at 16.00, had dinner in town and went to bed early.At 21.30 there was a telephone call from the reception. We had to leave the hotel immediately because we had a dog with us! Whatever we said, the only answer was that we should leave the hotel immediately. It was absurd!We were kicked out the hotel as criminals. Never go to his hotel, no hospitality at all!
