    This was very conveniently placed near Frankfurt airport. The room size was good with great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was good with a great variety of choices. Secure underground parking was expensive but convenient. Highly recommended.     The front desk service was terrible.

    We booked a twin room at a hotel through a third-party agent. However, it turned out to be a completely different room. When we contacted the front desk, their attitude was extremely poor.     Arrogant and rude receptionists

    My girlfriend booked a room with 2 single beds. There were one single bed and a foldable half size bed in the room. At the reception, she was refused to have an exchange. At 3:30pm, they claimed that all the rooms in the hotel were full when check-in starts at 3pm. The receptionists became rude and arrogant when she wanted to talk to their manager - they refused to put her in contact with the manager, ignored any claims for the correct room and refused to try solving the problem. She had no other choice but check out and go to another hotel. The tax fee was not refunded. My girlfriend still keeps complaining about how unworthily she was treated by the hotel staff, which caused her a great distress. Although my experience with the hotel is indirect but heavily affects me and our relationship with my girlfriend.
