  We arrived to the city way earlier than the check in time, and was hoping to leave our luggage so we can wander around lighter. But, Damir was so kind he checked us in and see the room is already ready, let us in. He explained all necessary information quickly, too. This was wonderful.   We stayed there for 4 nights. We found it a perfect hotel. It is located about a 20/25 mins. walk west from the old town area (Römerberg) and about a 7 mins. walk north/east from the main railway station. The Old Opera House (Alte Oper) and the main shopping areas are a short walk away. The underground is nearby too. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The room we had was spacious with a coffee machine. It was also very clean and modern looking. The breakfast was wonderful even for us vegan/plant based diet followers (at €24 per person, if not included with the room rate). It also had a small fitness room, which I didn't use as we walked around the city so much. All-in-all highly recommended.   A good, clean and modern hotel close to the centre

  I was a little surprised to find the hotel not as close to the Alte Oper as I had expected - even though it is located only about 700m away, it is on the edge of the area of the main station, which is dirty but very convenient.However, the area directly around the hotel is fine, and the hotel itself is modern and very clean. The reception staff are truly excellent - nothing is too much trouble and they are genuinely friendly and keen to ensure you have the best stay possible. A particular shout-out to Damir, who was always exceedingly helpful and went above and beyond.Breakfast was good and drinks in the rooms are replenished every day, though cleaning is done every day and if you require daily cleaning you should request it.It is a nice hotel and is not too expensive, and in view of the helpful stay I would definitely recommend it and will be staying again!
