    Hotel with a high IKEA/hostel vibe. The rooms are rather small, but simply enough for a simple night. Overall, the personnel was very friendly, check in and out is handled very quickly. Nice shower and bathroom, only big negative point is the fact that I found stains on the pillow..

    This place is a total joke - by this place, not just this location but the NIU brand of IHG hotels in general. A budget hotel at best trying to disguise themselves as “hip and innovative”. Only stay here if you like:1. A rude front desk and total lack of customer service 2. Vague parking instructions 3. Dark/dimly lit rooms4. Showers that soak the entire bathroom floor5. 2 full beds pushed together as “a queen”6.     Needed to be in the Eschborn area and Holiday Inn - The Niu was reasonably priced and also ideally placed. My IHG Platinum Ambassador status was recognised at check-in and upgraded from the premium room which I had booked to a premium room with kitchenette and also gifted breakfast for 3 nights.The room was on 6th floor and was fairly spacious with a comfortable bed, efficient aircon and plenty of storage space. The kitchenette came with large counter area, microwave, fridge and small dining table and chairs. No utensils were supplied but they could be acquired at reception. The bathroom was fine and had a powerful shower.The buffet breakfast was ample with a generous range of items offered including a few hot items. The hotel is comfortable with a bright and inviting lobby, this continues through to the rooms which have an industrial feel. The staff members were all friendly and efficient and had a 'can-do' attitude. The hotel has a car park charged at €15/night, Eschborn Südbahnhof is a 15 minute walk and there are plenty of eating establishments within walking distance, Rewe supermarket is a short walk away.Very impressive hotel, first time using The Niu brand and it turned out to be good introduction, so good that I have booked another stay for this year.

    Very good hotel, confortable, private and safe enviroment in a location quiet and green, ten minutes walking from the train station to the center. However the moquette wasnt so that clean and the cleaners women weren't so reliable..     Greeted with a smile on arrival.Check was straight foreword.Room was spacious and well layout.the bathroom was great and the shower was awesome.The bed was pretty comfortable as well.Breakfast selection was good I must say.I would recommend staying here for business trips.
