  First of all, as someone with years of hotel experience in almost all of Europe, I want to state that this was my first experience like this. When we arrived at the hotel around 12:30 on Wednesday, January 28th, we weren't greeted at all at the reception; they didn't even say hello. Despite our efforts, we managed to communicate, explaining that we already knew check-in was at 3:00 PM, but we wanted to inquire if there were any available rooms. We then left the hotel. We returned at 2:46 PM. I approached the same receptionist, greeted him, and explained that I had a reservation. I was told, again after much effort, that it wasn't yet 3:00 PM. There was absolutely no attempt at helpfulness. At 3:02 PM, I returned to the counter, and the same employee didn't even make eye contact with me. I don't think anyone, not even a woman, could remain calm in the face of such rudeness. But I did. He kept me waiting for perhaps 6-7 minutes, staring at the computer screen. After the person who arrived after me checked in with the receptionist to the right of the counter, I tried to talk with this other receptionist. He then turned to a male customer who had arrived much later than me and asked if he wanted to give up his place in line. I told him I had been waiting for a long time. I was even hardly check in, and my vacation started with this terrible experience. I believe your firm has a responsibility for employing reception staff of this caliber.   Double booked room, reservation cancelled without warning, don’t go there

  Don’t go there.My room was double booked and my reservation cancelled without warning on arrival at 11.30pm. Totally screwed business trip. At the very least they could have warned!Receptionist proposed an unclear alternative, far away at the other side of the city.Just not an hotel despite what they say

  THE BEST HOTEL AND BEST SERVICE THEY COULD DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE US SATISFIED!! highly recommended!! you will not regret if you go here, best staff and everything is good, warm welcome, they are 24/7 service! love it love it! Bets hotel in germany

  This hotel could be a biable option unfortunately it is staffed. The staff is unfair and repulsive. The reception staff is aggressive and speaks only german and russian. For english “you are in germany”. Carpeta are stained. They dont clean the rooms. They will offer to give you a voucher for accepting to skip cleaning for a day bu that is a straight out hoax, and they won’t clean and won’t give any voucher.
