  Room wasnt prepared and wasnt as advertised. Check in experience is disaster and noone is answering the phone.

  Quiet hotel, in a quiet neighborhood. I stayed in a small, functional, clean room, which had everything I needed for my stay. The hotel was in an excellent location for me, as everywhere I wanted to visit was within walking distance.Fantastic value for money overall!

  The room was incredible for the price - the beds were even comfier than my bed at home! It was clean, and the staff cleaned it daily. We barely saw anyone as reception was closed most of the time, but the lady on check in was polite enough. There was sky tv in the room, hair dryer and the shower was lovely, with hair and body wash provided also! We had a bedroom for 3 with 3 proper single beds and room to spare. Really really impressed. The location was about a 10 minute walk from the Christmas market, with a few bars and restaurants a small walking distance. It was quiet around the location also, not much noise from the street.

  So, where do I start? First of all. The hotel is only staffed during the following times: 9am- 2pm and 5pm to 8pm. The reception is closed during the following hours 2pm-5pm, and 8pm onwards. There is a self-check in around the back of the hotel. I luckily didn't have to use it. the room was fine. Walls between rooms are paper thin. The room has no aircon, so it was an open window or nothing. even during cold winter nights. There was a fan available, but it was broken. I couldn't address this at reception because it was not staffed when I was there. There was no Do Not Disturb sign in the room, so the cleaning staff just came in to clean in the morning. The Fire alarm went off at 1am during one of the nights. There was no staff guidance. Luckily there were signs about how to leave the building. The firemen arrived, and couldn't get into the building because the main door auto locks and one of the guests had to use their keys to let them in. There was no staff to tell us everything was ok. Nothing. On my day of departure, I asked if I could leave my luggage. And the receptionist said yes, but I couldn't pick it up till 5pm because there was no one available during 2-5pm. I would not recommend this hotel. cheap or not, it’s not worth the hassle.

  Room: Room space is not the generous but was functional for a short business stay. Ground floor room (which was the one where I stayed) sound insulation is not the best. It can be noisy whenever people are talking around, speciality at night.Location Good. You can easily reach the underground station by walking.Staff Professionals.Breakfast Good for the money.Final comment Fair price / quality relationship. I would book a room again at this hotel but on another floor.
