    Thank you for the wonderful stay! The hotel was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would be happy to return in the future.

    The hotel is super clean and beautiful inside. The check-in was smooth and reception were very welcoming. The room (double bed and single bed) booked was super clean and comfortable. Next to hotel there some supermarkets and tram station. Highly recommended to book when in Frankfurt.

    It was so easy to book, and the staff was friendly! Even though it was a last minute booking it was cheap and the space was clean and cozy. 100% recommend !!

    We needed safe, affordable accommodation with parking for an early-morning appointment at the US Consulate. Arena Villa am Wasserpark was perfect for us as a family of four. The room was clean and air conditioned, the parking was affordable, and the area has convenient playgrounds and restaurants for children.Most importantly, the staff members we interacted with were all extremely kind and helpful. A small probelm with the baby cot was immediately solved, and they were very friendly throughout our stay.

    If you are going back and forth, unsure if the deal is too good to be true, book the room! It was a very lovely, respectable, and clean hotel with very friendly receptionists. Plus they have ice cream! You won’t regret it.
