    This is possibly the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Please stay far, far away. Front desk was surly and unhelpful. They would not consider an early check-in, and observed that baggage left at the hotel was likely to be stolen. TV was broken. Curtains were falling down. Fan was broken. Incredibly loud street noise going on to 2 am. One towel given for two occupants. All of these issues raised to the front desk staff who claimed helplessness. One guy did come up and fix the curtains with a kitchen knife while precariously perched on a stool on top of a chair. Saying they could do nothing, front desk gave us the email of the owner, whom I emailed. No response. Nothing changed, over AN EIGHT DAY STAY. I have never experienced such a non-responsive hotel. This is like a hostel-level experience. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Pay a little extra to stay in a better place.

    Absolutely awful the place is! Staff are rude,the rooms are not good. They let anyone into the hotel. I witnessed one young man room having numerous men "visiting"

    Do not make the same mistake as I did. No airconditioning, very noisy outside and rooms made to absorb the heat with the carpets. Boiling hot during summer and if you sleep with the window open you hear everything. Avoid this hotell if you can during summer time.

    This hotel was cozy, clean, and perfect for a short stay in Frankfurt. The highlight was definitely its excellent location—just a short walk from the main shopping street (Zeil), close to a metro station, and with easy access to tram lines. There were plenty of shops, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, making everything very convenient.Although the hotel didn’t offer breakfast, lunch, or dinner service, each room was equipped with a toaster, microwave, kettle, and tea/coffee facilities, which was a big plus. And with so many nearby supermarkets and cafés, getting anything we needed was easy.The staff were friendly and helpful, and while the hotel is simple, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a clean, well-located place to sleep and store your belongings during the day. The location truly made it one of the best bases for exploring the city

    Only good thing about the hotel is location. Located by the main shops. From the outside the hotel looks fine. Arrival to reception was ok fairly clean. Received key to room as there was 3 of us we knew one of the party was to sleep on a sofa bed (which was more like just a sofa) When entering the room there was a strange smell. The room did look like the walls and ceiling had been painted. However the carpet was just dirty, stains all over it. Splashes of paint where there hadn’t been clearly any sheets laid down and generally carpet was an eye sore. There was aKitchenette. Kettle, toaster. No plates and no mugs. Three glasses and one was definitely not clean. The worst was yet to come. Opened the fridge…… left over milk, juice, take out chicken and McDonald’s box which none of us wanted to open to experience what was inside. This could have been left from previous guests but who knows how long it had been there . Clearly the cleaner hadn’t checked on this, which then made us all doubt the cleanliness of the whole room. To be fair bed linen did look clean but didn’t give much assurance. Bathroom was ok. Shower surprisingly good but definitely not the best bathroom. Hair dryer didn’t have anything about it and overheated after about a minute. Sleep value awful. Bed surprisingly comfy. But the noise from outside was horrific which led to dreadful sleep. It went on all night. Such a shame as hotel location was brilliant and hotel cleanliness let itself down. I wouldn’t rush back.
