  Good Location for Messe

  The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful.We found the hotel to be quite far out of town, however the tram was quite close to the hotel.There were not enough plug points in the room to charge devices.I think this is a good hotel for corporate guests going to the Messe.   Pros:*Room and bathroom were clean. There were no pests.*Location: It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport.*The atmosphere around the hotel is quiet.*Breakfast buffet food was decent. I felt they offered adequate hot and cold food.Cons:*There was only one spare outlet in the room. *Location - There's not much stores and restaurant around the hotel. The closest train station is at least a 15 minute walk from the hotel.   Fulfils It’s Role As Shelter

  I was forced to stay at this 4* hotel for a work conference. Not a lot of 4* experience and I guess the price was low. But so was the experience. Just grim. It is in a sort of suburban nightmare with soulless buildings around their own soulless building. The rooms are depressing (esp. the bathroom) but clean and functional. The gym is catastrophic, I opted to just run outside. Phone in the room did not work.Laundry service was not cheap and took a full day plus, I had to collect it myself from reception! First time doing that!Staff actually quite polite and helpful though.Only stay here if you have a very compelling reason (poor/conference/very short stay near airport needed).   Two strikes: first given key to an already occupied room and then assigned a room that was unbearably HOT!

  This hotel was first stop on our recent COSMOS tour of Germany. We had a HORRIBLE experience. We were first given key to a room that was already occupied. Next room was two floors up. It was an extremely hot day and there was no air conditioning. Seemed like heat was blowing out of vents. Opened window and got very little ventilation. Front desk provided a small fan/heater combo unit that put out lukewarm air. I had nightmares of being a lobster being cooked in a boiling pot of water -- the room was that hot and miserable!   Food is terrible, the toilet are poor. I wanted a hair dresser to get dresses to work, their hair dresses doest work well.The good thing is the colombian recepcionist that try everything to help, the cleaning guy from 5th floor, they did what they could.The food they offer is ashemed.
