    Restaurant/Breakfast - variety of food to choose from (continental breakfast and hot food) Reception - helpful and 24hr service - provided with a city map (guy working at 6am on 1st July 2017 - don't know his name) Rooms - very large and comfortable Housekeeping - very clean hotel - housekeeping cleaning daily Location - very close to main station (10min walk) and to bus terminus (5min walk) Wifi - free / good signalLocation Area - does not feel safe at all (not a hotel 'problem') Booked double bed but had 2 separate beds

    Stayed in hotel with my husband for 1 night. White clean towels, beadings. Except the red old carpet that needs extra cleaning for sure. Breakfast was great! Minus 1 point for the smoke smell in the room. But overall it was good experience. Would stay there again.

    Budget hotel at high price (200 euro/night). No toilet in room, shower without ventilation next to bed. breakfast was OK. Staff was very friendly. All in all it is OK for quick stops.Close to center and station.

    I stay here every year when we travel to Timewarp (as we fly in and out of Germany via Frankfurt). I've got to say that it does exactly what it says on the tin. It's a no frills, budget hotel, but the staff were genuinely friendly and efficient. I had to change an aspect of a booking and it took me 2 minutes on the phone, no extra charges or faffing about. I book directly with them via phone too (follow up with a confirmation email).Also, it's walking distance to the central train station and city centre, which is really handy.Recommend it highly.

    Bugs infested bed. Called Police

    When we entered the room at 23:30 we noticed an insect on the bed. We moved the bedsheets and we realized that the bed was literally crawling with ticks!! No manager was available (she was not to be disturbed at 11pm we were told). So we called the Police who took pictures and filed a report for the health office. We were guaranteed a full refund and moved to another (slightly more decent and -visible- bugs free) room. The morning after the manager aggressively told me that since we were moved to another room we had no right to any refund whatsoever. Threatened me to call the police (which I eventually did again). I am preparing a legal action against this structure which should be shut down by the authorities for serious health and safety concerns!
