    Never Book This Place it's a Fraud!

    It was a nightmare!!! The worst experience I ever had with any accommodation in my life. I booked the room in this hotel a month before my trip, the booking was approved automatically, and fully paid. But when I arrived on place, they told me that they lost my reservation, and they are full, and cannot accommodate me…I was figuring out why, but the receptionist told me literally: “if you’re not leaving, I’ll kick you out!”. He used exactly these words. While I was handling this issue with booking service, the support agent said, that the host is contacting their support team too and explaining the opposite, like me requested the host to cancel my non-refundable reservation that was 1000% lie!This hotel is in the suburb, I booked it because I participated in sport event nearby. But we could find the alternative only in the city center (30 min by car).

    Loud partying and double payment

    The hotel charged us in full upon arrival, despite the fact that we had already paid using a reward night. They admitted the mistake and promised to refund the money, but after six weeks, we still haven’t received it despite repeated promises and reminders. Additionally, there was loud partying until after 3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. We tried calling the reception, which was supposed to be staffed 24/7, but no one answered. The hotel has completely ignored our complaint regarding the party.

    We got that hotel last minute and we have still managed to check in before midnight. Great! English language was not the strongest point there but we have managed to communicate and even managed to order some pizza (don't do it, it is really not worth it). Also the room set up is really quirky but overall the hotel has some charm and the breakfast was good. Quirky place but decent

    There were BEDBUGS in the rooms. The hotel did not want to give us our money back and ignored our calls and E-Mails. This ruined our whole trip and we had to look for a new room in the middle of the night. Please don't book this hotel. The custumer service was really bad. The room was very dirty.     Great views, nice room

    I was only there for the night so I didn't explore the surroundings but it looked like there was plenty to do accoeding to the folder in the room. View from the room was great. The room was very nice as well, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and parking in front. Good value!
