  Good location. room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is nice and well organized. The staff very attentive and helpful.

  Spacious, Practical, and Work-Ready in Frankfurt - Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn

  Staying at the Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn was everything I needed for a long-term stay in the area while working. If you are balancing work responsibilities with the need to feel settled and comfortable abroad, this property makes that transition seamless. The hotel is located in a business park area, but has access to Frankfurt easily by bus or train. Even though I enjoyed my walks into the town each day, the hotel really does everything to ensure your needs are met. Firstly, the rooms are spacious and mine had a kitchen and a large fridge, which made grocery runs practical and cost effective for an extended stay. Connectivity is not an issue with fast wireless internet for Zoom meetings. The gym has a variety of workout equipment for cardio lovers or dumbbell aficionados. I loved having a laundry room so I could do my own laundry without searching for an outside service. As an American, I love my ice, and they gave me a huge bucket where I could refill the ice every day. This meant a lot to me. The free breakfast was also expansive, offering a variety of dishes for all palates. I especially appreciated that it opened early enough to accommodate business schedules without feeling rushed. Overall, the Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn really struck me in a good way, and I will stay here again when in the area.

  No Shuttle - No Food - Great Hotel

  Great hotel - No food options for dinner - No shuttle to train station, so expect a 15 minute walk no matter the weather. We had to walk in the freezing cold rain with our suitcases and there were at least 2 people sitting and doing nothing.   Expected more from a Hyatt

  We had a King Studio at Hyatt House, which came with a kitchenette and cooking facilities including pots and pans. The room was clean and had sufficient space.We have stayed at Hyatt in other countries several times before but this was our first time in Hyatt House, and I had a few surprises. First, there is no phone in the room, so if you need anything you need to go to the reception and ask. (Maybe that’s a Hyatt House thing). Housekeeping finishes early (as early as 1 pm) so if you haven’t put up the sign for cleaning before that, your room won’t be cleaned. When I asked for room slippers, I was told that they had run out some time back and had placed an order for more, with no visibility on when it would come. Finally, the two washing machines in the hotel had both broken down since a few days, and they had no idea when it would be repaired or replaced. These didn’t seem like Hyatt standards. Neither did the staff seem to care as they were rather matter-of-fact about it.On the positive side, the breakfast spread was decent and had some options for vegetarians too. In addition, there is free coffee/cocoa/tea and some croissants/breads available throughout the day in the lobby. Could have been so much a better hotel, with some more friendliness and attentiveness that would help to deliver a better and pleasant guest experience.   Amazing and affordable choice

  Service superior and room well appointed. Breakfast was other level amazing!! So unlike our Hyatt House in US buffet was well stocked with fresh fruits, veggies and cheeses. I reduced the stars only because the luggage cart (only one) had flat tires! Housekeeping rescued medications I had forgotten. As I reflect 5 star!!
