    Very good location for getting to the airport. Great rooms and meeting facilities. Wonderful and delicious breakfast, lunch and snack trays. Polite and helpful staff. All in all a perfect venue for private or business trips. We certainly will go back again!

    Beware! Shuttle to the airport has limited

    Small clean room. Good shower Bar open until 22:30 and served some food/snacks. Staff all pleasant Shuttle driver from airport seemed impatient and drove a bit wild We prepaid for our return shuttle Only to discover it doesn’t operate for 6 hours in midday!! This is not written anywhere on the website! Had to take a cab and partially recoup money with a couple of chocolate bars. Would have stayed elsewhere had we known

    Was told a shuttle would be running regularly when I booked the room. Waited an hour and a half starting 11:00 a.m. and finally took a taxi to the hotel, where we were informed that the last morning shuttle was at 10:30 a.m. and resumed again mid afternoon. Before we left the airport we called four times without answer. Were told that the shuttle ride back to the airport would be six euros.On the plus side, the room was very clean and efficiently furnished. Great place to rest during our 10-hour Layover. They allow day use until 8:00 p.m.

    Late review ( from last year )We stayed here for a night when flying out of FRA. It is close to the airport and the hotel has a paid shuttle to the airport early in the morning which we used. There is not much around the hotel so we had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was decent. The room and bathroom was clean.

    The hotel is near to Frankfurt airport with a shuttle service. There is also supermarket just across the street is you need to get some groceries. The frontdesk staff are friendly and professional, as compared to the time I stayed in November last year. It's a totally different team as far as I can see. The only down side is check-in process is taking quite long. But they are doing a good job.
