  Awful. I stayed here for a number of nights in February. The room was Ok but the service was dreadful. The hotel accepted full payment for the reservation but subsequently withdrew all access to the bar and restaurant area for the duration of my stay - for a ‘private function’. Also not allowed to use the stairs. I complained about this - which caused the receptionist to use a very unpleasant word in German to a colleague about me. Very disappointing stay.   This hotel is worth staying în!

  We stayed one night and we did not have breakfast . We really like the size of the room , the design , the comfort and the cleanliness , we found . The bed was comfortable with quality bedding . The bathrobe was very warm and the slippers were comfortable. The free drinks from the bar were a plesant surprise ! The bathroom with quality toiletries and towels . We had the view to the innercourtyard and we enjoyed the quiet . Upon arrival at the hotel , we are able to enjoy a free lemonade from the hotel . The staff from the reception was polițe and friendly . We will be back !   This is not a 4-star-hotel! In my room there was only a summer blanket (it was -7 degrees this weekend at night) and no coffee maker or water kettle. There was no possibility to get a warm tea from the kitchen at 10 pm. I was freezing. The room was cooled down to 19 degrees. Sauna was broken this weekend. Staff is very young and friendly.
